As business guests, we were impressed by the welcoming and professional staff at reception. The clean and comfortable bedroom with a well-functioning shower was perfect for our needs. The breakfast selection was excellent, with choices for people on special diets. The hotel's convenient location near the Christmas markets made it easy for us to explore the city. We also appreciated the availability of TV channels in English, including BBC news.

Loved the spaciousness of the room and the bathroom with the large walk-in shower. the room was quiet and had a small terrace overlooking the street, perfect for a romantic escape. Plus, the coffee machine in the room produced good coffee. the location was fabulous, very convenient for all amenities with easy access to public transportation.

Disliked the fact that there was no kettle in the room, which could have been a nice touch for a romantic evening. the outstanding cleanliness, value for money, and central location definitely made up for this minor inconvenience.

The location was perfect, as it was close to everything, including the train station and the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-functioning shower in the en-suite bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of options. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.
