Had an enjoyable xmas break at this hotel. The staff were friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The spa and swimming pool facilities were relaxing and good value. The rooms were clean, fresh and quiet, which made it easy to relax.

The breakfast on the first morning left something to be desired, but reception took note of our small comments and the next morning we had no complaints. Our only other issue was the lack of information on gluten and dairy-free options.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff gave me a warm welcome and even upgraded my room. The bathroom was huge and well-appointed, and the bar had a nice atmosphere. The size of the room and shower room were perfect, and I enjoyed the meals in the dining room. a great hotel experience.

There were a few maintenance issues in my room. The shower base was coming away and the sealant was split, leaving a gap.
