Friendly and accommodating staff made my stay at Stadt Heidelberg enjoyable. They stored my luggage and even gave me a room on the first floor due to my mobility issue. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet had great choices. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent service.

Stayed at a hotel for xmas. They had free WIFI and the staff was friendly. Location was close to a train station.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely hotel! The location, although not in the city center, was easily accessible by tramway, which made it convenient for exploring Darmstadt. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable, with a modern design. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including homemade pastries and desserts. We even enjoyed beautiful views of the surrounding hills from our room. a great choice for a memorable stay in the area.

We did notice that there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which could be uncomfortable during hot weather.

We stayed in a hotel located in a beautiful area surrounded by green hills. The hotel was a great choice for us as we were attending the Halloween Burg Frankenstein event nearby. The room we had was cozy, located in the attic area with a sloping front. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the warm and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent.

The soundproofing in the hotel was poor and we were occasionally disturbed by noisy guests arriving late at night.
