Excellent hotel with a great location just minutes away from the city center. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Gunnewig Hotel Stadtpalais. The hotel is beautifully designed and offers spacious rooms. We appreciated being accommodated on a lower floor to avoid the use of elevators. The hotel bar staff were incredibly helpful and charming. The breakfast selection was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the location of this hotel, right across the street from the very big Lanxess Arena. It made attending events there incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciated the 24/7 snack bar at the reception, as it was handy for those late-night cravings. All in all, it was a great experience.

The hotel had a great location, just across the street from the Lanxess Arena. The room was clean and spacious, with a fridge and mini-bar. The staff, especially Markus in the bar, were very welcoming and made you feel at home.

The reception staff could be more helpful and attentive, as they seemed surprised by simple inquiries and were unprepared with basic information.
