The friendly and helpful staff, such as Alex and Manuel, ensure a warm welcome and are always available to assist guests. The rooms are beautifully designed and the meals served in the restaurant are both delicious and affordable. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including a lagoon tour, and the option of bringing their own drinks to savor while enjoying the water.

The hotel lacks certain amenities such as a laundry service and a small store to purchase snacks or souvenirs.

The complimentary continental breakfast was fresh and delicious with a variety of baked goods and fruit. The restaurant's food was a highlight with a diverse menu, including mouth-watering seafood and excellent vegetarian options.

The amenities could use some improvement, as some of them were under construction during our stay. The room lacked some necessary hooks for hanging clothes and bathing suits.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that make for an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with beautiful garden views. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, offering a wide range of relaxing and rejuvenating treatments. The outdoor swimming pool was immaculate, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, with an adjoining bar/lounge area that provided excellent refreshments.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the service at the restaurant, where the waitstaff seemed slightly inexperienced. However, this was quickly remedied by the attentive manager, who went out of his way to ensure that our dining experience was pleasant.
