As a disabled guest, I appreciated the accessible facilities and the staff's attentiveness to my needs. The room felt spacious with a unique roof slope, offering a stunning view of Kölner Dom. The cleanliness was impeccable, especially the spotless bed and instantly hot water in the bathroom. The extra touch of motion sensor lights added convenience. The windows effectively blocked out noise. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, and the riverbanks. The staff, who were personable, went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences, making my stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Felt so comfortable, no reason to complain.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on January 1st. The location was great, just a 15-minute walk to Kölnmesse. The personnel at the reception were extremely kind and quickly resolved any issues. The room was clean with fast WiFi. The breakfast was nice and included a pleasant surprise of painted Easter eggs.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
