I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's location next to the park in the Black Forest was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and the perfect opportunity for scenic walks. I was grateful to have a hire car to further explore the area, and I was delighted to find that this hotel offered a convenient shuttle service for those who prefer not to drive.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Amazing location close to the Black Forest with direct access to a nearby thermal complex. Our 2-night stay was comfortable, with clean rooms and good sleep quality. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff was polite and kind. The views from the hotel were also great. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel near a beautiful park. We were grateful to have a hire car to further explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The view from our room was stunning.

The hotel could improve the communication about the spa facilities upon check-in.

Wow what a great holiday! the location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful greenery, you could really breathe in the fresh air. the breakfast was impeccable, couldn't have asked for more. the staff were really accommodating and friendly, they all made us feel really welcome.

Our experience was tainted with one really rude individual who ruined it for us. It really impacted our stay and we just couldn't ignore it.
