There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great stay at this adults-only hotel. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from our balcony. The staff, especially Mario at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly fulfilled our requests for extra pillows and hangers, and even brought us a shower mat to ensure our safety. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to everything but remains quiet at night. we had a wonderful experience at Neptuno Suites.

the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special with a room on the third floor with stunning views. The spacious apartment and clean facilities were excellent, and the location near the beach, supermarket, and restaurants made exploring easy.

Security was an issue, with the front door often left unlocked at night, leaving us feeling vulnerable as tourists.

I recently stayed at Neptuno Suites for a relaxing sun holiday. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, with a supermarket downstairs and an ATM adjacent to the hotel. The apartment was spacious with a corner balcony and stunning sea views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was great. The whole place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. I had an amazing holiday and will definitely be coming back!

The location of the hotel is ideal, being right next to a beautiful beach and close to the centre of town. Guests have mentioned that there are several lovely beaches nearby as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped amenities such as a large balcony, comfortable bed, and a walk-in shower. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist guests with their needs.

The WiFi signal in the hotel could have been better. Although it was strongest on the balcony, it would have been more convenient if it reached all areas of the hotel.
