This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. I was able to explore all of the attractions on foot, and the convenience was simply unmatched. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious baths that provided a luxurious experience. It's clear that this hotel pays attention to detail, as everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jena West station, making it easy to access transportation. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms that include large bathtubs. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, offering a variety of options. guests can enjoy free parking and good wifi during their stay.

The noise level in some of the rooms can be disruptive, particularly those facing the street.

Great room size, close to West side train station. Convenient location with private parking. Very kind staff, excellent breakfast. Spacious, clean, and functional rooms. Good WiFi and self-service espresso machine. Free parking in the building's Hof. Close to Goethe-Gallerie and historical center. No street noise in inner rooms.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the train station and city center. the breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options to suit all tastes. the staff were friendly and always willing to help when needed. the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a weekend stay.

The hotel was a little outdated and could use some modernization. the lack of elevator made it difficult to get our heavy suitcases up to our room, although this was stated on the website.
