I really loved the location of this hotel, it was so conveniently close to the slopes in Sestriere. The fact that I could easily walk to the ski lifts made my skiing experience even more enjoyable. The service provided by the staff here was top-notch. They were all very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to assist me without even being asked. The amenities in the room were also great, especially the tea and coffee facilities and the comfortable sitting area. And let's not forget the breakfast buffet, it had such a great variety of options and the freshly brewed coffees were a delightful way to start the day.

Convenient location, 10 mins from lifts. Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast buffet with freshly brewed coffee. Comfortable and clean rooms, albeit a little tired. Large bar and common areas, great atmosphere with pianist, singer, and snooker table. Efficient shuttle service provided.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel had a great spa with excellent facilities. the location was perfect as it was walking distance to many shops and bars, and only a short journey away from the main attractions.

The breakfast and evening meal choices were limited and often not very tasty. the noise from the nearby nightclub played until the early hours every night, making it challenging to sleep.
