We chose this hotel for our visit and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the main attractions. The hotel was safe, clean, and comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a kettle for our tea. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

The staff provided friendly service, offering extra pillows upon request and promptly addressing any issues. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options, including fresh meats, cheeses, and breads, as well as hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. The hotel also offered convenient facilities such as free Wi-Fi and a kettle in the room.

A group of noisy guests caused a disturbance outside the hotel, requiring intervention from the staff.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and loved the festive atmosphere and the complimentary drinks offered. the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby shopping centers and restaurants. the beds were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.

The reception staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming upon check-in. the bathroom towels were worn out and could use an upgrade.
