Beautiful location on a frozen lake, surrounded by frosted woods. Helpful staff, excellent full breakfast served in room with lake view. Lovely rustic baroque decor, well-maintained. Ample parking available. Peaceful and quiet.

We stayed at a hotel nestled on a mountain, with breathtaking views of the lake right at our doorstep. The rooms were clean, although the beds were a bit too soft. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a decent selection. There was also a sauna in the basement, perfect for relaxation after a long day of hiking.

We had a great time during our recent stay. the warm welcome upon arrival was delightful. the restaurant was a real highlight with its amazing food and friendly service. We also loved the tranquil spot by the lake, which was perfect for a relaxing holiday. the room features were excellent too, with a range of bathing facilities and lovely balcony views of the surroundings.

We did find that the pillows were not very comfortable. We also thought that the cost of using the sauna was rather unreasonable.

Our two-day stay at Hotel Waldsee was an utter delight. The location felt like landing in heaven, with the hotel set beside a moor lake in the woods. The windows opened to a picturesque park setting or the serene lake. The walking path around the lake was bustling with people of all ages, and we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel itself was once a grand house, adding a touch of elegance to our stay. The breakfast and hotel restaurant were excellent, offering a variety of tasty options. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable experience.
