The meals were expertly prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. it was a lovely and romantic getaway for my partner and me. We would definitely return to The Lion again and again.

My recent stay at The Lion was fantastic! I chose this hotel because it was close to Bicester Heritage's classic car events, and I wasn't disappointed. The room I stayed in was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a great bathroom. The interior felt updated and stylish. The food at both breakfast and dinner was outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the prompt and efficient service in the restaurant. The hotel also had a great atmosphere for New Year's Eve, with a free buffet and a DJ playing excellent music. The parking on site was convenient as well. I had a great experience at The Lion and will definitely be recommending it to others.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The double bed in my room was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created an uncomfortable gap in the middle.
