I had an exceptional stay at a hotel nestled in a beautiful wooded area with great walks. The facilities were great, including the restaurants, leisure center, spa, and pool. The German breakfast was delicious, and the pizza restaurant had fantastic staff, food, and prices. The bathroom accessories and towels were excellent, and the parking close to the main entrance was very convenient. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they spoke English fluently. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely city break in a hotel surrounded by beautiful trees, perfect for hiking. the breakfast was amazing, we had a variety of options to choose from, and the coffee was always fresh. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and outside jacuzzi, even though we didn't have much time to use them. the hotel is situated in a convenient location near various tourist attractions, and the personalized touches of saving a parking space for us and the mirror in the shower room staying mist-free made us feel valued as guests.

The lighting in the room wasn't very good with one poor light hanging from the ceiling and small spot lights on each side of the bed. We also couldn't work out how to open the window and only found out upon check-out that we should have twisted and pulled it as a horizontal hinge.

Huge hotel with almost 300 rooms. Nice SPA with outside jacuzzi and saunas. Renovated rooms with attention to details. Gym with lots of equipment and a cool bar with good bartenders. Excellent buffet for dinner and gluten-free options for breakfast.

The service was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The spa and wellness center was incredible, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi that were perfect for unwinding. I also enjoyed the wide range of beauty treatments available, including body scrubs, massages, and facials. The sun terrace and garden area were a great place to soak up some sun and relax. this place was the epitome of luxury and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
