The hotel is full of character and history. The atmosphere is cozy, and the garden is beautiful. The location was very convenient for my business trip as it was close to the city centre as well as the airport. The staff was welcoming and friendly, always eager to help. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items and the coffee was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. I must mention the impressive view from my room of the surrounding hills.

The hotel decor is outdated, and some of the furnishings were a bit worn out. The shower in my room was a bit tricky to use, and the water temperature fluctuated from time to time.

The pool at Grand Hotel Telese was a lifesaver in the August heat. It was included in the price and provided a refreshing escape. The hotel's location was also a standout feature, just a short drive from the charming town of Telese and a train station with direct access to Naples. We loved exploring the thermal spa park in Telese, which offered a range of outdoor activities and delicious food stalls. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional, surpassing our experiences at other Italian hotels. From simple and affordable pizza to more formal dining options, the variety of restaurants in the area was impressive.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was outstanding, as it was just a short drive away from some amazing dining establishments. The staff provided excellent service and were always willing to assist me with any questions or requests. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real bonus, especially in the August heat. It was the perfect place to cool off and unwind after a day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
