Perfect location, close to Altstadt and Rhein, beautiful historical building with modern rooms, cozy lobby with free drinks, nice tea place with a small library, delicious breakfast in a separate restaurant. Presidential Suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise, staff provided outstanding service. The spacious rooms allowed for relaxation and work, with two bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Fantastic and friendly English-speaking staff. Great Segway tour and Lime electric scooters for exploring the city.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the river and surrounded by bars and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic shower. Additionally, the hotel had a grand and impressive building, which added to the overall experience.

The room temperature was an issue as the air conditioning was centrally set and couldn't go below 20 degrees. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We were thrilled with our free upgrade to a larger suite at The Wellem. The suite was beautifully designed with high-quality fixtures and spaciousness. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a short walk to the historic area and the river bund. The hotel also provided easy access to a variety of great restaurants and cafes in the area.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The location was superb, right on the edge of the Old Town with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the central train station. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I particularly loved the spaciousness of the room, with a kitchenette and a washing machine in the bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I must mention Marvin and his colleague at the reception who provided excellent guest service. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
