The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a short stroll from the waterfront, making it easy to explore the attractions of the city. It is also close to Parliament House, which is perfect for those interested in politics. Furthermore, there are plenty of shopping options and good restaurants in the area, providing guests with a fine selection of dining and entertainment choices.

The service fell short of expectations, with guests experiencing delays and poor service during breakfast. Despite the exceptional quality of the food, the service model appeared to be lacking, resulting in long waiting times.

Loved the amazing complimentary breakfast and the fully equipped gym. the hotel was located in a convenient spot, close to all the attractions in the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel lacked some amenities such as a pool or spa and the parking was quite expensive. However, overall it was a great experience and we will definitely stay there again during our next trip to the city!

The staff were excellent, striking the perfect balance between attentive and not overbearing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the choice of pillows was a nice touch. The gym facilities were top-notch with a great selection of equipment. Breakfast was fantastic and the added bonus of a coffee to go was a delightful touch. These extra touches really made for a unique and enjoyable experience.

Excellent service at Jardin Grill

During our stay at Sofitel Wellington, we had the pleasure of dining at the Jardin Grill. The service was truly outstanding, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome throughout our meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food itself was of the highest quality, cooked to perfection and served with attention to detail. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxed, allowing us to enjoy our evening to the fullest. the experience at Jardin Grill was a highlight of our stay at Sofitel Wellington. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Upon arriving, the atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive. Staff members were gracious and knew how to treat guests. the room was stunning with stylish decorations and alluring lighting that complemented the boujee vibe. the elevator ride was smooth and felt safe while getting to the room. the in-room amenities were remarkable as the water was trustworthy, and the bed and pillow were comfortable and induced a deep sleep. the location was perfect as it was conveniently located near essential amenities.

The street can be confusing, which made it difficult to navigate and get to the hotel.

During our Christmas holiday, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were impressed with the upgraded room we received. The room was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a Bose system and a coffee device. The large bathroom with a great shower was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking the picturesque Town Belt.

There were a couple of aspects that were not as enjoyable during our stay. the service at the wine bar was quite poor.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptional, very polite and accommodating. The room we were upgraded to was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, close to the waterfront and in the heart of the city. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the beautiful dining room.

There was nothing we didn't like.
