I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel Berlin Mitte. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Alexanderplatz and close to the tram. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to choose a room with a great view of the Berlin TV tower. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The free wifi was reliable and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Ibis in a cozy room with a stunning city view of Fernsehturm. The location was perfect, situated in the beautiful and bohemian neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg, with plenty of cafes and bookstores nearby. It was also within walking distance of Alexanderplatz and Berlin's Museum Isle. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the daily cleaning was spotless. The breakfast offered a good variety of high-quality food. a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

ibis berlin exceeded our expectations once again with its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. it made our family holiday a memorable one.

Wifi connection was unreliable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year's stay, with great access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. the room was clean, comfortable, and had very little street noise. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with advice on getting to the hotel from the airport. the highlight was the amazing breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious food options. We also appreciated the free wifi, which was of good quality for browsing and checking emails.

One minor inconvenience was that the bathroom was rather small and the door opened in a way that obstructed the towel hanger.

Best aspects of our city break were the convenient location, with key attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transport. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. To top it off, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start our day.

Worst aspects of our stay were the lack of amenities in the room, such as a fridge and a kettle, which made it inconvenient for us to have hot drinks or store perishable items. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with noticeable dust on the furniture.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our romantic escape. the location of the hotel was ideal, with great shopping and dining options within a 10-15 minute walk or a convenient tram ride right outside the hotel. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room, giving us a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The soundproofing in the rooms was quite poor, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the corridors.

We were within walking distance to both Alexanderplatz and Prenzlauer Berg, making it very convenient for exploring the city center. The staff were extremely helpful, even going above and beyond to support us with returning some belongings we left behind in the room. we were very happy with the cleanliness, transportation options, and location for getting into the center of this city.

We were able to easily reach Alexanderplatz by foot or take a quick ride on the M2. the room we stayed in, 638, had a cozy and warm atmosphere with a great view. the price we paid was really good, especially considering the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
