The location was perfect, situated between the beautiful Westfalenpark and the city center. the convenience of having a small grocery store right underneath the hotel was a bonus. We also loved the fact that there was free parking available, especially considering how close we were to the center. the room itself was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable, especially with the mattress topper. the shower was fantastic, even for someone as tall as me. the front desk personnel were extremely friendly, especially Sebastian, who went above and beyond to assist us with taxis and directions. the breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a great selection of food. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying at this hotel again whenever we visit Dortmund.

We stayed at a hotel in Dortmund and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us, like providing a luggage trolley when we struggled with our bags. We were also impressed when they gave us a ticket with the hotel stamp to park for free until the next morning when the car park was full.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our late-night arrival a breeze. The location next to the underground train station was mind-blowingly convenient for exploring the city center. Plus, the free parking and nearby supermarket were jaw-dropping bonuses.

The best aspects of my stay were the friendly and welcoming staff at the hotel reception, the convenient location away from the U-Bahn and close to the Signal Arena Stadium, and the free parking facility. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that there was a supermarket, Rewe, right next door, where I could buy fresh rolls and pastries for my day trips.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center via the metro. The rooms were clean and quiet, thanks to the double window system that blocked out traffic noise. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back to this hotel. It's clear that the owner has done a great job in selecting and training their staff.
