Some issues with the hotel's communication and facilities. We were not informed in advance that the restaurant/bar would be closed on Saturday and Sunday, and the pillows in the bedroom were uncomfortable.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-maintained and clean environment. The breakfast buffet had a rich selection and the service was very attentive. The staff were friendly, allowing me to check in early without any extra charge. The location was perfect, both for visiting the Christmas markets in the city and for easy access to the airport.

We have stayed at this hotel often and we always enjoy the comfortable beds and good showers. The staff is very helpful and we were lucky to find parking right in front of the hotel. The room layout and equipment, including the fridge, are great features that add to the enhanced comfort. The hotel itself has a modern and industrial feel, which we appreciate. It is also conveniently close to the airport, only a short 15-minute drive away.

Although the area around the hotel is quiet, public transport options are not very convenient. We had to wait for a while for the train into the city center, which was a bit of a hassle.
