Had a lovely Easter weekend away with the family. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. the location was perfect for us - away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the spacious and spotless rooms, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The noise level was a bit too high at times. Although we were very relaxed and happy with the hotel, the noise policy wasn't enforced well enough.

I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. They welcomed us warmly and provided us with a map of the area, which was a nice touch. Secondly, this hotel is in a great location, close to everything we needed. It made exploring the area very convenient. Finally, the rooms were well-appointed with both a bath and shower, as well as a balcony to enjoy the views. It added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

The lodge offered a convenient location, close to everything—shops, restaurants, and the beach. The room was comfortable with beautiful views of the bay. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Additionally, the lodge had a lovely swimming pool and provided a map of the area for easy navigation.

The room was slightly small considering the size of the beds.

The receptionist at Grand House Lodge And Spa was extremely friendly and provided us with a map of the area to help us navigate Jeffreys Bay. The swimming pool was a delightful addition to our stay, and we were grateful for the option to store our frozen meat in the establishment's freezer until check-out. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for its hospitality and amenities.
