The hotel had a good breakfast spread which was included in the price. , the hotel was well located near the town center and some of the famous sights, which made it easy to walk around. Lastly, we enjoyed the new year’s fireworks display from the hotel's rooftop, which was a great experience.

The hotel was quite dated and needed renovation. The heating system was not great and our room was cold most of the time which made our stay uncomfortable.

The hotel is perfectly situated near a beautiful park and the city center, making it easy to explore and visit local attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a balcony that offers a great view. The service provided by the staff is friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, offering a good start to the day.

The spa facilities could use improvement, as the sauna and steam were not turned on when desired.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location is excellent, with shops and the KissSalis Therme within easy walking distance. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, and the spacious lobby is very impressive. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
