We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, situated between two lakes, providing breathtaking views. The staff took great care of us, ensuring the room and amenities were well-maintained and clean. We especially loved the spacious sitting area, terrace, and dining table, perfect for relaxation and enjoying meals. The hotel provided excellent service and great attention to detail, offering free toiletries and a flat-screen TV for our entertainment. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room. We also appreciated the Wi-Fi and free parking facilities, making our stay even more convenient. The sun terrace and garden area were delightful, giving us the opportunity to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The noise level was very high, coming from the nearby busy road. The windows were double glazed which helped block out the noise, but opening them was not an option due to the noise level. Furthermore, the staff was not very helpful or accommodating when we had a request to change rooms for a quieter one. it was a disappointing experience for our Easter holiday.
