The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful greenery and the pool was a great way to relax and enjoy some sunshine. the staff were super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Plus, the hotel's restaurant was simply fantastic and exceeded our expectations with their mouth-watering dishes that were full of flavor.

Our only issue was the noise level in the morning when the staff started their shifts. It was a bit loud as they opened and closed doors, talking and laughing, which was a bit disruptive.

This hotel is a cozy boutique venue located in a lush garden, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. the spa center is luxurious, offering a relaxing sauna, steam room, massage, and a spacious outdoor pool. the sun terrace is stylishly designed and equipped with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue we experienced was the language barrier, as some of the staff struggled to speak English fluently. the service was excellent, and they made every effort to cater to our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at Hacienda Santo Cristo Hotel & Spa. The spacious and well-appointed deluxe suite provided a cozy retreat. The beautiful grounds were perfect for leisurely walks. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. We wished we could have stayed longer!
