I had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Hamburg. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right by the lake. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially during breakfast. The staff were very professional and helpful, offering special discounts and accommodating our needs. The amenities were also great, with a pool, gym, and sauna available. The hotel was also within walking distance to a vibrant cafe and restaurant scene, which was a big advantage.

When I complained at the reception, I was simply told that the hotel was fully booked and they couldn't move me.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to the train station and lots of restaurants. The room was very clean and the shower was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying.

Despite these minor issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Le Meridien. The beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and overall comfort made it a memorable experience.

Moody lighting and wacky superhero portraits in The Heritage Restaurant make for a truly memorable dining setting. Easy access to main attractions. Extensive breakfast buffet with a great view of the lake. Cool drinks and iconic views at the HERITAGE Bar's rooftop terrace.

It's such a chic and sterile environment, perfect for entering a cold and standoffish mood. Smell of sewage in the room was a delightful surprise, and changing rooms meant losing our breakfast reservation.

The location of the hotel is top-notch, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of things to do. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The 9th floor bar and restaurant have a great view. The room design is nice, and there is a nice spa.

Felt at home, no reason to complain.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the river Alster, which really added to the experience. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the sauna and the 25m pool.

One thing that bothered us was that an extra payment was taken from our credit card upon arrival, which made us feel uneasy and unwelcome. Additionally, the view from our duplex room on the top floor wasn't ideal, as the upstairs sitting area was dark and didn't allow us to fully enjoy the view.

The location of Le Meridien was perfect, with beautiful lakes nearby and the town within easy reach. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The lighting was a little confusing, but that's a minor inconvenience.

We've stayed several times at Le Meridien and we always enjoy the experience. The lakeview rooms are definitely worth the extra cost, offering stunning views of Alster lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and room service is excellent. The breakfast at the 9th-floor restaurant is outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality food. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main train station and many attractions, and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful for leisurely strolls.

I stayed at Le Meridien in Hamburg for a wedding and found the hotel exceptional. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a luxurious shower and bath. The view from the 9th floor bar and restaurant was stunning, especially overlooking the Alster-Lake. The hotel is conveniently located near the main station and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, overlooking the beautiful lake and just a short walk from the city center. The gym was top-notch, and I loved the restaurant/bar on the top level with its amazing view. The check-in and check-out process was professional, and our room was outstanding. It had a luxurious bath and walk-in shower, as well as a very comfortable bed. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to the area.

Excellent staff. They surprised our daughter with a birthday plate and treats in her room. Managed to fit us in a fully booked restaurant. The food was fantastic. Beautiful location near the lake with free boat trips. Spacious room on the 9th floor with great city view. Allergy-friendly room accommodated. Helpful staff changed twin room to double on request.

The room was modern and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start our day. We also appreciated the facilities provided, such as the air conditioning and the well-maintained bathroom. a great experience!
