We were delighted with the location of the hotel, surrounded by beautiful well-maintained gardens which we were free to use. The lounge areas were a great place to relax, and the room was superbly decorated and furnished. The service was top-notch, with welcoming hosts offering us tea and cake upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious and the owners provided valuable tips and information about the area.

That we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the beautiful gardens as we were out exploring most of the time.

Our room had an amazing attention to detail, with a walk-in wardrobe, DVD player with a DVD library, and a welcome decanter of sherry. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, using locally-sourced produce. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Definitely the best place to stay if returning to the area.

The morning meal could have been even better with the addition of evening meals as our host was an excellent cook and baker.

We had a wonderful four-day break at West Acre House. Bruce & Janette made us feel so welcome and at home. They provided great information about the area, the breakfasts were amazing, and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. We would definitely return to West Acre House when visiting the area again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have had a bit more choice for vegetarians, like porridge, hash browns, and baked beans. But overall, it was a small observation in an otherwise fantastic 5-star stay.

The hotel provides luxurious amenities and excellent service to guests of all ages. the Sun terrace and Garden area have beautiful views and are perfect for relaxing. the Leisure/TV room is equipped with an extensive DVD collection, books and games. the rooms are spacious with exclusive room advantages such as a spa bath and private facilities. the Special diet menus are delicious, and the picnic area and tables are convenient for outdoor dining. Finally, the location advantages of this hotel are numerous- close to the city center and within easy reach of many tourist attractions.

The location was great, very close to the city center and easy to find. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the gardens. the breakfast was good, with a variety of choices to choose from. the owners were friendly and gave some helpful tips on places to visit in the area.

Our stay was marred by the loud and constant noise from other guests returning late at night throughout our New Year's stay. the walls seemed to be paper-thin, and we were woken up multiple times.

The owners were friendly and happy to chat, making me feel right at home. The room itself was beautifully decorated and overlooked the well-manicured grounds. The breakfast was delicious, with a comprehensive menu and perfectly cooked dishes. Plus, the personalized name tags and sherry in the room were lovely touches.
