We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food options. We loved the complimentary Gluhwein in the early evening, a delightful treat. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the main train station and a short 10-minute ride to the airport. We also appreciate the housekeeping staff for keeping our lost handbag with money and passport safe until we retrieved it. Highly recommended!

Leonardo came to the rescue when our flight was cancelled last minute. the staff were so helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early. the location was perfect for travel, just behind the Hauptbahnhof. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the air conditioning was a welcome relief in the hot weather.

The location was fabulous – within walking distance to the train station, yet quiet and peaceful. The staff at the reception desk were exceptional, displaying a great hospitality. Finally, we loved the leisure facilities including sauna and spa lounge which were an added bonus.

We have visited this hotel on many previous occasions, always returning because it's a good hotel. the rooms are spacious, always very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. the location is perfect, being about five minutes from the main station and only a few minutes away from the Konigsallee shopping area by tram.
