My first stay at this hotel, Ember, in Bangkok was absolutely delightful. the location was perfect, just off Khao San Road, close to bus routes and within walking distance of major tourist destinations like the National Museum, Grand Palace, and Wat Pho. the deluxe king room I stayed in was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had quiet air conditioning. the bathroom was nice and stocked with toiletries. the bed was very comfortable, and the room had tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, and a safe. the staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. the breakfast options were impressive, and the food was delicious. the overall experience was enhanced by the friendly and attentive staff.

The location in the Khaosan area was perfect, as we were able to explore the local night market and easily walk to some of the major tourist destinations. The service from the staff was exceptional, both at the reception desk and in the restaurant. They were wonderfully helpful and offered amazing service throughout our stay. The hotel itself had great facilities, including a fitness center and a restaurant with a bar/lounge area. The rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and wonderful amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and the happy hour specials. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The breakfast at Ember was absolutely delicious. I loved that they had a variety of options for both vegetarians and vegans, and the presentation of the food was top-notch. The staff at the hotel were always pleasant and willing to help, no matter what time we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, right near the bustling Khosan Road. The stylish and interesting design of the hotel really added to the overall experience. And despite the small entrance, once inside, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym, a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend staying at Ember.

While there was no pool at the hotel, it was a minor inconvenience considering all the other positive aspects of our stay. Additionally, the water in the shower couldn't be regulated and was very hot, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Additionally, the hotel offers clean and well-equipped rooms, with friendly staff catering to the guests' needs.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure guests were comfortable. One of the best aspects was the amazing rooftop garden where you could order meals from the restaurant and enjoy the breathtaking views. the gym was perfect for those wanting to keep up their fitness routine, and the amenities in the room were plentiful and replenished daily.

The shower water was piping hot and difficult to regulate, which was a downside. Another drawback was the noisy air conditioning, which wasn't ideal for light sleepers.
