Excellent location in the heart of Cottbus, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. My room on the eighth floor offered a stunning view of the Aldstadt. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with the added bonus of air conditioning. The separate bathroom was also large and clean. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I had a minor issue with the water pressure in my room, but the hotel staff swiftly solved the problem by relocating me to a quieter room. They even allowed me to keep the original room, so I didn't have to move my belongings.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great place to stay during Christmas time. the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients. Parking was convenient with the option of garage or outside parking. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The room could use some updates as there were signs of aging on the furniture. there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room.
