The staff at Roomzzz York City went above and beyond to make our stay special. They helped me plan a surprise proposal for my partner, keeping the early check-in a secret and even re-enacting the check-in process when we returned to the hotel. It was a truly memorable experience. Additionally, the apartment had everything we needed, with a fridge, microwave, and even an iron and hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The location offered a lovely view of the river through the trees, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on the riverfront, providing a beautiful view and making it very close to the center of town. The rooms are modern and clean, with excellent facilities such as a well-maintained bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing quick and efficient service. Additionally, there is a private car park available for guests, albeit at a slightly higher cost.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the river side, offering breathtaking views. The hotel had excellent amenities, with parking available both by the side and underneath the hotel, making it very convenient for us. The reception staff, especially Hollie, were friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. As it was my wife's birthday, they went above and beyond by arranging for a cake and card in the room, as we had requested. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom even had underfloor heating, which was a luxurious touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included, offering a range of pastries, fruit, cereal, and various beverages. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Roadworks causing detour to the city, noisy room above the car park gate, misunderstanding over room service, limited parking options, some guests parking in restricted areas.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile by giving my partner a birthday surprise with a card and banner. the complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch.

On top of that, ordering a taxi proved to be problematic as the receptionist failed to provide the necessary code. the inconveniences and lack of communication made our stay disappointing.

The location was brilliant, with secure parking available. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spotlessly clean. The complimentary grab and go breakfast was a great idea. We cannot fault anything and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
