I was thrilled with the location of Jdv By Hyatt in the heart of Cologne, just a short distance from the stunning Cologne Cathedral and the central train station. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere made exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were quiet, a decent size, and equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Despite a few small drawbacks, such as the lack of tea or coffee-making facilities and a 10-minute walk to find a coffee shop, I found the overall experience to be exceptional. The friendly and helpful staff, coupled with the clean and comfortable rooms, made for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable accommodations.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff, especially the two ladies at reception, treated us like VIPs. They went above and beyond to give us adjacent rooms and even offered free snacks to our kids when they saw our daughter's despair over forgetting her phone. the beds were excellent, with three different types of pillows to choose from. the rooms were spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of organic and healthy choices. the central location of the hotel made it very convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

We loved the location of this hotel, it was in a quiet area but still right in the city center. The staff were very helpful and spoke English, they even provided us with city maps and made the check-out process quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. we had a great experience here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was just a 5-minute walk to the Dom Cathedral and other major sights in the city. The hotel itself was very stylish and modern, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had secure underground parking, which was very convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was good, although it could get a bit busy during peak hours.

It is very close to the cathedral and the railway station, yet it is situated in a quiet area. the rooms are spacious, modern, and soundproof, ensuring a comfortable stay. the breakfast at the hotel is really good, with a wide variety of options and extended serving hours. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to check in earlier than the designated time.

We stayed here for thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drinks and snacks that were provided upon arrival. the location was also great, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. the breakfast selection was diverse and enjoyable.

The rooms were very disappointing. the air conditioning was not functional, and despite reporting the issue to reception, no actions were taken to address it.
