This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rates are quite affordable, especially considering the spacious and comfortable rooms with both a bath and a shower. This was a nice bonus and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, the staff were attentive and helpful, providing us with great directions and recommendations for our tourist trip.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. the hotel's location was perfect; it was right on the border between old and new areas of the city. the rooms were clean, cozy and well-lit. One of the best things about this hotel was its friendly and helpful staff who were always there to assist. Another plus point was that the hotel's mini-bar offered drinks at a fairly low price, which is a rare find in hotels. the hotel also offered a lovely breakfast buffet which was a great way to start the day.

Its lack of parking space. There were paid parking places, but we were able to park on the street for free, so that was not a major issue.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room at Ciudad De Compostela. The en-suite bathroom was a nice bonus, with both a bath and a shower. The hotel's location, although slightly outside the town center, allowed for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stopover in Santiago.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. it is a short walk away from the bus station and town center, allowing guests to easily explore the city.

The rooms can be a bit noisy, especially if facing the front street, due to traffic passing by.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with prices aligned with the quality provided. The attention to detail is commendable, as the rooms are spotless and dust-free. The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is only a 10-12 minute walk to the heart of the old town, where the Cathedral is located. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a small fridge, were a pleasant surprise for us.

The breakfast buffet could be improved, as it was quite modest and didn't meet our expectations.
