Exceptional staff, friendly and efficient. Excellent bed, slept extremely well. Spotless and dust-free room. Perfectly located for public transport. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Free mini safe and well-stocked mini bar. Cafe at the front of the hotel. Option to order takeaway food.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rates are quite affordable, especially considering the spacious and comfortable rooms with both a bath and a shower. This was a nice bonus and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, the staff were attentive and helpful, providing us with great directions and recommendations for our tourist trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room at Ciudad De Compostela. The en-suite bathroom was a nice bonus, with both a bath and a shower. The hotel's location, although slightly outside the town center, allowed for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stopover in Santiago.

The rooms can be a bit noisy, especially if facing the front street, due to traffic passing by.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is only a 10-12 minute walk to the heart of the old town, where the Cathedral is located. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a small fridge, were a pleasant surprise for us.
