Great Spot in Hamburg for a romantic night or business trip

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hamburg that I would highly recommend for a romantic night or a business trip. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in one of the best areas of Hamburg near the river. The service I received was exceptional, making me feel special throughout my stay. The room was spacious and had a homely feeling, making me feel right at home. While the main restaurant was closed for renovations, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious meals served in their wine bar. The next morning, I enjoyed a sensational breakfast that showcased the effort and imagination put into every dish. The presentation and variety of options were simply outstanding. Although some aspects, like the room being a bit warm and the logging in procedure for the internet, were minor inconveniences, they didn't diminish my overall positive experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The view from the restaurant and patio of the river Elbe is great. The breakfast table is beautiful and the quality of everything is superb. The library is cozy and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The walk-in closet is awesome. The atrium is beautiful. The location is convenient with a bus station nearby.

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to the ferry just across the river, providing a unique and enjoyable experience. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with comfortable beds and luxurious furnishings. The staff are welcoming and attentive, ensuring a warm and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered is faultless, providing a delicious start to the day.

The logging in procedure for the internet can be a bit annoying and inconvenient, requiring guests to constantly re-login.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. Our room was absolutely stunning, with luxurious and elegant furnishings. The location right by the Elbe river offered breathtaking views of passing ships. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we felt right at home throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a better wait staff. There was a bit of a wait to get seated, and it took quite some time to order our coffee and a small piece of cheese.

Had a wonderful xmas at this beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the river and airbus industries. Enjoyed the warm and comfortable room, complete with generous-sized bathroom, well-stocked coffee machine and free WiFi. the breakfast was sensational and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more special.

The hotel was difficult to find and entrance was not well-marked which was confusing. the heating in our room was too high, making it uncomfortably warm and we had to have the windows open all night.

Entering the room, we were amazed by the exclusive amenities. the atmosphere was luxurious, cozy and elegant. the Sauna and Spa lounge were ideal for relaxation after a long day. Added to that, the continental breakfasts had a good variety of delicious food, flawless presentation and high, quality service.

The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant reservations, as they were not always easy to make, therefore, this hotel needs improvement in this area. Despite that, the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a drink, the sun terrace provided beautiful views of the surrounding areas.
