I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the amazing location. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, inside the old city walls, which made it easy to explore all the attractions nearby. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a mini-bar! Plus, the sitting area and terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The free toiletries were an added bonus, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor made the room feel extra cozy. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay here unforgettable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our double room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast had a good selection of food and made-to-order eggs. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the town. Despite some minor flooding issues with the shower, we enjoyed our stay at Burggartenpalais and would recommend it.

This hotel was warm and welcoming with lovely staff and a homely atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. The restaurant served amazing food and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel had good accessibility for disabled guests.

Service is impeccable, with staff available to assist with restaurant recommendations and directions. Breakfast is a great way to start the day with delicious German foods, served in the lovely restaurant or the charming outdoor courtyard.

Parking can be a challenge in the city due to the traffic restrictions and limited space, but the hotel offers on-street parking for an additional charge.

The room was absolutely amazing, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food at the hotel was also great, we really enjoyed every meal we had there. One of the best aspects of our stay was the location of the hotel. It was central enough that we could easily explore the town and all its attractions, but it was also tucked away enough that we could escape the crowds and have some peace and quiet when we wanted.

The only downside we experienced was the noise from upstairs. It seemed like the guests above us were quite loud, and this would sometimes wake up our baby.

The hotel is situated close to the major attractions, allowing you to tour the city without difficulties. You can find places to park near the hotel despite traffic restrictions. the staff was helpful, providing us with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. Our large, recently remodeled room had modern-day amenities and a medieval aesthetic. We appreciated the ample breakfast options and calm patio.

The quality of food at the hotel's restaurant was not up to our expectations. the service was unremarkable - anxious, meal-waiting servers out of view.
