I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms at Mercure. The pool and sauna were a much-needed relaxation spot. I also appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist with train times and printing journey planners. The breakfast provided was delicious. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Mercure. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel with excellent amenities. the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a range of hot and cold items to suit all tastes. the shuttle service to the local attractions was a great benefit, meaning we could explore the nearby city without the hassle of figuring out public transportation. the location was also perfect for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by beautiful greenery.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful, which put a bit of a damper on our experience. the pool and gym facilities were quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to fully enjoy them.
