Lovely location with stunning views from the terrace. The breakfast was delicious and served until 10:30am, perfect for a relaxed morning. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for clothes to be ironed, even offering it for free. I had a great experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is superb, right by the lake and with easy access to bars and restaurants. It is also close to catching the fast boat which takes you to various locations around the Lake. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony.

Some of the staff were not knowledgeable about local activities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled in a beautifully manicured garden with a little path that takes you straight onto the promenade along the waters edge of Lake Garda. It's a very tranquil area, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the stunning views.

The hotel is located in a lovely part of Italy, with stunning views of the lake. The pool was great and the hotel had a convenient location near restaurants and bars.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and coffee shops, and the ferry terminal is just a few minutes away. this place is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break, with the added bonus of being close to other cities for day trips.

I spent my Christmas holidays at this hotel and I have to say the location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops and ferry stops. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options including hot food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and nicely furnished with a kettle and hot drink sachets.

The upgrade cost was slightly higher, but we opted for it and got a room with a great view of the swimming pool and lake. The public car park was crowded, and the lighting in the lift was dim, but parking could be organized via a hotel keycard.

We got excellent value for our money at Hotel Savoy Palace. The room was beautiful, especially the large terrace overlooking the lake. The location was perfect for exploring other towns on the lake. The staff, including Ingrid, Sigrid, Giovanna, Bruno.

The breakfast selection could be improved, as some items were a bit too salty.
