I had a great stay at the Mercure hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety and freshly cooked items.

We had a fantastic time staying in this hotel right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be just a short walk away from all the main attractions, including the Christmas markets. The room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or recommendations. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality items. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room overlooking the main plaza.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, making it extremely convenient for exploring everything Aachen has to offer. The rooms offer a great view onto the main plaza, adding to the overall experience. The basic amenities are provided, including little toiletries which is a nice touch. Additionally, the value for money is great, with reasonable prices for what you get.

All was fine and there was nothing that could be improved upon.

The location of the Mercure Hotel in Aachen was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to walk to all the main sights within minutes. Additionally, the hotel had a cozy book nook outside the restaurant that we really enjoyed.

One specific situation that happened during our stay was that we requested two pillows per bed. Unfortunately, there was only one pillow per bed, so we ended up elevating our pillows with folded towels.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and fresh ingredients, perfect for starting the day. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center of the city, which made it easy for us to explore the area. the beds were really comfortable, we had a great night's sleep.

The windows were not soundproof and we could hear all the noise from the street, which made it difficult to sleep. We also had a negative experience with the cleanliness of the bathroom towels, which was really off-putting.

I stayed at Mercure, Aachen for 4 nights for business and leisure. The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to public transportation and within walking distance to the UNESCO heritage Cathedral of Aachen. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the main plaza. Everything looked brand new and the environmentally friendly option to skip daily housekeeping was a great feature. The hotel breakfast was delicious and set us up for busy days exploring the city.
