Clean room with good bathroom, free coffee/tea. Perfect location for exploring the old town. Cosy wellness area, decent breakfast. Centrally placed in Altstadt, private car park. Easy walk to shops/restaurants. Nice staff, comfortable bed, quiet room.

The location is fantastic, close to attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Splendid views of Erfurt's churches. Convenient parking garage. Wonderful and varied breakfast. Easy to find with a rental car.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of old town and just steps away from the main shopping area. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, from tea and coffee facilities to a mirror and in-room desk. The hotel even had a hair dryer and a private bathroom, which added to the comfort of our stay. We also appreciated the refrigerator and electric kettle in the room, as well as the telephone with direct dial and voice mail features. Additionally, the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a great place to unwind and enjoy delicious meals and drinks. we were impressed with the level of service, the room amenities, and the central location of this venue.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had a great thanksgiving weekend at a hotel in a prime location for exploring the historic old town. the breakfast spread was superb with plenty of options to suit different tastes. the spacious rooms were very comfy and had everything we needed, including the underground parking which was ideal as it is hard to find parking space in the city center.

The rooms could do with a little bit more modernisation and the sound insulation wasn't the best, which meant we could hear outside noises at night. Would have preferred more luxurious touches in the rooms for a 4-star experience.
