The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and had the same spread every day. the rooms were clean and everything worked. the hotel had free bicycles for guests to use.

The hotel is located in an office area that is quite deserted, especially on weekends. the internet was not free and the connection was slow.

We stayed at a hotel in Eschborn for a business trip and had a pleasant stay. The location is a bit remote, but the rail transportation to central Frankfurt was convenient. The hotel reception was welcoming and the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff was helpful and polite. The only downside was the absence of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would recommend this hotel for its value and comfortable accommodations.

As young people, we really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, and the clean and well-maintained facilities. The late check-out at 2pm was a great bonus that allowed us to relax and not rush on our departure day.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff that went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were excellent, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the welcome drink and the option for in-room breakfast. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a swimming pool, outdoor seating area, and a fitness center. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were a bonus. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

My Easter stay at this hotel was a memorable one. the breakfast buffet spreads were fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly prepared options to choose from. the hotel's rooms were well-maintained and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping them clean and tidy.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, which made commuting a bit of a hassle. the room rates were also a tad bit pricey.

The value for money was unbeatable at just EUR 65 for a clean room with a working airco. The staff, especially Marion at breakfast, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The only breakfast item that could be improved was the timing of table clearing, as our table was cleared before we finished our meal.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel in Frankfurt for 3 nights for a business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and we were pleasantly surprised when they allowed us to have a late check-out at 2pm. Another positive was the convenient location near a small shopping center with a supermarket. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially thanks to the amazing lady Marion who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. The room, although not overly special, was clean and had all the necessary amenities we needed. The added bonus of a minibar and electric kettle was a nice touch. The surrounding area was clean and felt safe, and there was free public parking right in front of the hotel.

the staff at Mercure were incredibly friendly and the hotel was kept very clean. They even offered us a late check-out at 2pm, which was a nice bonus since we had a late flight. For the price we paid , our standard room was clean and comfortable, with a working air conditioner. the room also had an electric kettle and minibar, which were convenient amenities. the bathroom had plenty of amenities as well. the hotel had a pool and a small beach area, although the pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance during our stay. Parking on site was also a plus. I highly recommend Mercure for a pleasant stay in Eschborn.
