This place is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff were very attentive, polite and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed, including a safe and a coffee/tea maker. We also appreciated the free WiFi, which had a strong and reliable signal.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall, we would recommend this hotel to all.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being on the edge of the center and near the central station. It was so convenient for us to explore the city and visit other attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from room service to car hire, they catered to all our needs. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the terrace and sitting area, where we could relax and enjoy the view. we were impressed with the comfort and quality services provided at this venue.

Good location with easy access to public transportation, and a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. the breakfast selection was impressive with a wide range of options. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the receptionist did not inform us of the restaurant and bar closures. the air conditioning was not working in our room, and when we asked to change rooms, the process was slow and inconvenient.

The location behind the building was perfect for us, as it was in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast offered a variety of options that pleased everyone in our group. The staff was friendly and attentive, with Frau Wakaso from the restaurant standing out for her excellent service. She was professional, helpful, and made sure every guest felt equally looked after. Frau Koch at reception also impressed us with her personalized approach, using our names and making us feel valued.

Couldn't find any faults at all. The service was incredible, the food was brilliant, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
