My stay at Alta Reggia Plaza was excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and store my luggage between my two separate nights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that provided a lovely view. I was even pleasantly surprised to find that my last room felt like a whole apartment. The pool on the rooftop, along with the small gym area, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. I had a great experience at Alta Reggia Plaza.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown and close to the bus terminal. The staff here are amazing - they were so helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, well-furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The shower in the bathroom was absolutely amazing, and I felt so refreshed after using it. The breakfast that was served here was also great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back here if I have the chance.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the airport bus stop and easy access to key areas. the bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower with great water pressure. the staff were very friendly, always ready to assist.

The hotel could do with some updating, as it feels quite outdated and some fixtures are old and dusty. There weren't enough hair dryers available, so it was inconvenient to have to request one and the receptionist was a bit rude.
