We were there for a music festival and the staff at Hotel Mercator Itzehoe-Klosterforst was very helpful in giving us information and pointers as first-time attendees. I've been staying at this hotel for years when it used to be a Mercure. The staff is still the same and so is the excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay for a music festival, providing useful information and tips. The breakfast offered a great variety of hot, cold, and vegetarian options, definitely worth the price.
