We loved the spacious and well-maintained grounds at this fabulous, stylish hotel. The facilities for children were fantastic, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained.

We felt incredibly welcome throughout our stay and had no complaints at all.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a short city break. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options provided each morning.

The room was a bit small, with limited space to move around. The hotel's location near a busy street meant it could be noisy at times, particularly during rush hour. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to use the internet.

The hotel staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The restaurant team provided excellent service and made special arrangements for my father's birthday. The hotel was clean and beautiful, with good room standards. The location was convenient with a rental car.

the Spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of treatments including body scrubs, full body massages, facials and more. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were well maintained and provided an excellent opportunity to relax and unwind. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. the restaurant offered a buffet breakfast with a large variety of options to choose from, including special diet menus. the live entertainment provided in the evening was a great way to end the day.

Although the hotel offered beach access, it was a bit far from other local attractions.

I recently stayed at Gaia in the heart of the island for a chilled-out holiday. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The location was perfect, and despite being an all-inclusive resort, there was no drunkenness and it was very quiet after 23:00h. The setting and facilities were amazing, and special thanks to Elvis, Anastasia, Dimitri's, and Seve for their brilliant service.

Would recommend this hotel.
