Comfortable and Clean Room

We had a comfortable and clean room during our stay at Mercure in Koblenz. The spacious room was well-stocked with towels and we appreciated the provision of robes and slippers. The bathroom had a range of toiletries available including shower gels and shampoos. the room exceeded our expectations and provided a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

I recently stayed in a luxurious 4-star hotel near the Rhine and Mosel rivers, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location of this place was superb, as it offered breathtaking views of the Rhine and easy access to the riverside walk. I even had the chance to take a cable car across the Rhine, where I enjoyed stunning views of the Mosel and beyond. Additionally, this hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the historic town center, making it easy for me to explore and immerse myself in the local culture. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with a friendly front desk staff who were very helpful. They even provided a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch.

Our stay was enjoyable, with two great complementary features that made the experience even better. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. We also loved the view from our room, which added a nice touch to our trip.

The price was a bit higher than expected, and we were disappointed that there was no water kettle or coffee machine in our room. It would have been nice to have these standard features available for all guests.
