The hotel was located in a lively area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and we were given complimentary water bottles upon arrival. The gym was well-equipped and offered a great workout.

The staff at the reception desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. When we requested extra towels, it took multiple attempts to have them delivered to our room.
