I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a large and comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including fresh pressed orange juice. I also appreciated the convenience of having shops and a restaurant in the same building. The location was great, with easy access to the subway and other amenities.

The location was perfect as it was very near an U-Bahn station, making it incredibly easy for me to explore everywhere I wanted to in the city. Plus, being on top of a largish supermarket was so convenient for picking up any essentials or snacks I needed during my stay. The staff here were also amazing, always willing to help with any request I had. I particularly want to mention David at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to provide useful information and even kindly changed my room when I requested it. The level of service and attention to detail was truly impressive.

We had a great time at Mercure! The bed was incredibly comfy and we slept like babies. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially for those looking for healthy choices. The staff, except for one member, were all super helpful, friendly, and flexible. we highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Mercure were comfortable and the staff was attentive. Room service was great and the food was good. The location was also convenient, with the train station just a couple of minutes away. It was a pleasant experience overall and I would definitely consider staying here again if ever in the area.

Nice and supportive hospitality. Crispy bacon, super fresh orange juice, fresh baked waffle with honeycomb. Very comfortable bed. Good neck pillow. Pleasant fragrance of shampoo and shower gel. Spacious room. Airy environment. Lots of indoor car parking space.

The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely shower and excellent hair dryer in the bathroom. The location was convenient, as it was close to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Next door, there was a small shopping center with a decent grocery store, which was convenient for buying essentials. The hotel also had good facilities, such as plug sockets, tea/coffee making facilities, and a fridge in the room.

The lifts in the hotel were confusing at first and quite slow, which can be a bit frustrating.

We stayed during the weekend and we enjoyed the complementary tea and coffee options in the room, as well as the 24/7 reception availability. the hotel is located close to a supermarket and a restaurant, which was very convenient for us. We also appreciated the indoor traveler office, which helped us with information and tickets.

The hotel is quite far from the city center and tourist attractions, so we had to travel every time we wanted to visit something. the heating system in our room was not working properly, and despite our complaints, the hotel staff did not come to check it in person and only gave us instructions to try different buttons on the remote.

We found this place to be perfect for exploring the city. The location inside a shopping complex was very convenient, with a supermarket and bakery just a few steps away. Being close to a metro station made it very easy for us to go anywhere we wanted in the city. The room amenities were great and housekeeping kept the room impeccably clean.

Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the lighting in the room and the lack of information provided, we still highly recommend this hotel. our experience was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms, very clean and modern. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. the location was perfect, close to the airport and with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants. the beds were comfy and the shower was huge. We had a brief but comfortable stay and would definitely go back.

Parking was a bit of a hassle with a complex system and collecting tickets each day. the wifi was poor and the television froze occasionally.
