The room was huge, comfortable, and perfect for a family of four. The hotel is centrally located near Checkpoint Charlie, making it ideal for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was good, and there are plenty of bakeries and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a cozy garden.

We loved the location and convenience of the parking garage. The staff offered free drinks to apologize for the shower drain issue. We appreciate that they tried to make it right. we recommend Mercure for a decent stay in Berlin.

It was situated on a peaceful street but just a few minutes' walk away from the bustling Checkpoint Charlie. The hotel was also near the underground, which made it really convenient for getting around. The room was huge and comfortable, and I especially loved the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I was impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and transportation options of this hotel.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel in Berlin for a short business trip. The superior room was spacious and warm, with a huge, comfortable bed. I loved the beautiful balcony, even though it was too cold to fully enjoy it. The breakfast had a great selection of breads, hams, cheeses, and hot food. The staff at the hotel were friendly, polite, and always helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of places of interest within walking distance.

Nothing to complain about at all.

We had a wonderful Easter break with fantastic complimentary chocolate eggs and to our delight a free bottle of wine delivered straight to our room. We couldn't have asked for a better location, with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance and excellent transport links nearby. What we enjoyed most was the rooftop terrace with amazing views of the city.

Some of the staff could have been more welcoming upon check-in and there was limited shower gel and toiletries provided in the bathroom. Nonetheless, these were small issues and did not detract from the overall experience.
