The hotel had a great location, close to the metro and popular tourist attractions. It was also surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring and dining out. the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

the noise from the lift was very disruptive, especially if you were staying in a room located right next to it. Considering the price I paid for the room, I expected these essentials to be in good condition.

During our stay, we experienced some issues. the air conditioning was switched off, which resulted in our room becoming unbearably hot at night.

The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were sufficient for our needs. Additionally, the included breakfast had a great selection and quality, providing a great start to our day.

Genius Hotel Downtown was an amazing place to stay! The best aspects were the convenient location and helpful staff. The hotel is situated next to a metro station and within walking distance of key landmarks like the Duomo, Sforza Castle, and the Brera Quarter. It was really close to everything we wanted to see in this city. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of food and drinks available. The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist.

As for the worst aspects, I don't have any issues at all. Everything at the hotel was perfect.
