We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and efficient rooms at the Mercure. The recent redecoration of the restaurant and lobby definitely enhanced the overall atmosphere. The highlight of our stay, however, was the complimentary drinks and snacks provided at check-in due to the ongoing construction. This unexpected perk made our visit even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited parking options and occasional noise from nearby activities, we had a great experience overall. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its value, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

Having spent Christmas holidays at a certain hotel, I have to say that their location was perfect- in the heart of the city, close to many shops and restaurants; it made everything within walking distance. the staff were very friendly and accommodating; they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the hotel had the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in; I could have laid there all day!
