The hotel had a great location, with a modern shopping mall next door and easy access to main roads for sightseeing. the rooms were clean and compact, with a TV that had a few English channels. the free wifi in the hotel was a bonus, making it easy to stay connected during my stay.

The staff at the hotel seemed to have communication issues, with a lack of English-speaking staff members. This made it difficult to communicate and get requests understood.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Madagascar's capital city. the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location was also fantastic, as it was situated right next to a shopping center, making it convenient for me to explore and grab any essentials I needed. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in my room were satisfactory, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Lastly, I was pleased to find that breakfast was included in the price, allowing me to start each day off on the right foot.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Antananarivo and had a great experience. The highlight for me was the beautiful garden, which provided a tranquil and relaxing setting. The menu at the hotel has also been updated, offering a pleasant surprise for returning guests like myself.

Great location close to many stores and airport, and rooms equipped with individual wifi routers for strong connection. Also, the room service was quick and staff didn't charge extra fees.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They took an excessive amount of time to check me out and, when asked if I could have an extra hour in the room, they refused and charged an unreasonable amount for an extra few hours. the good aspects of the stay were outweighed by the terrible customer service.
